Identity of the entrepreneur <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Entrepreneur:<\/strong> Sharon Damen, trading under the name Calm Coaching<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registered address:<br\/>Voorstraat 11<br\/>3255 AX Oude-Tonge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email address:<br\/><a>calm-coaching@hotmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chamber of Commerce (KvK):<br\/>69945691<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 2. Applicability <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms and conditions apply to every agreement between Calm Coaching and the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deviations from these terms are only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When additional terms apply to a specific service (such as for Calma Retreats), these form an integral part of these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 3. Conclusion of the agreement <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An agreement is concluded as soon as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an order or reservation has been placed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the entrepreneur has confirmed it or the payment has been successfully completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calm Coaching reserves the right to refuse an application or booking if there are valid reasons for doing so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 4. Prices <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Price changes do not affect agreements that have already been concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 5. Payment <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment takes place via the payment methods offered on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of non-payment, Calm Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 6. Physical products <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legal rules regarding delivery and conformity apply to physical products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are shipped as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times are indicative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 7. Right of withdrawal <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies to physical products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product must be returned unused and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs for return shipping are at the consumer&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 8. Digital products <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products are delivered immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By agreeing to immediate delivery, the consumer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires once the delivery has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 9. Coaching <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching is focused on personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participant remains responsible at all times for choices made and the application of advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of doubt, it is advised to consult a doctor or practitioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 10. Additional terms Calma Retreat <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.1 Booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reservation is final as soon as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the payment has been received;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>these terms and conditions have been agreed to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.2 Participation fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participation fee only includes what is stated on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flight tickets, travel insurance, cancellation insurance, and personal expenses are not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.3 Cancellation by the participant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that circumstances can change. At the same time, Calm Coaching reserves accommodation, guidance, and other facilities in advance for a limited number of participants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to <strong>60 days<\/strong> before start: <strong>100% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between <strong>60 and 30 days<\/strong> before start: <strong>50% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within <strong>30 days<\/strong> before start: <strong>no refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the vacated spot is filled by another participant, Calm Coaching will\u2014after deducting <strong>\u20ac50 administration costs<\/strong>\u2014still refund the amount already paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of serious illness, a death in the immediate family, or other exceptional circumstances, Calm Coaching is happy to think along for a suitable solution. Although this does not result in an automatic right to a refund, every situation is assessed individually and with care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking out cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.4 Cancellation by Calm Coaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calm Coaching reserves the right to cancel a retreat in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>force majeure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insufficient participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>circumstances that make safe execution impossible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In that case, only the paid participation fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travel or accommodation costs already incurred will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.5 Force majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Force majeure includes, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>natural disasters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pandemics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>government measures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>war;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extreme weather conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calamities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such situations, Calm Coaching reserves the right to change the program, replace components, or cancel the retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.6 Health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating, the participant declares that they are physically and mentally capable of participating at their own discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participant remains responsible for their own health and monitoring personal boundaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.7 Personal responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in all parts of the retreat is voluntary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every participant remains responsible for their own choices, well-being, and personal property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.8 Behavior<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calma Retreat is a place where peace, safety, and respect are central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every participant is expected to treat other participants, guides, the accommodation, and the environment with respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of behavior that seriously disrupts the safety or well-being of others, participation can be terminated without the right to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.9 Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program has been carefully put together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calm Coaching reserves the right to change parts of the program if circumstances require it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10.10 Photo and video material<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants who object to this can make this known in advance or during the retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 11. Liability <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calm Coaching makes every effort to perform all services carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, participation in coaching, retreats, and activities is always at one&#8217;s own responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calm Coaching is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>loss, theft, or damage to personal property;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>injury or damage caused by the participant&#8217;s own actions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delays or changes to flights or other transport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>indirect damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the service in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 12. Intellectual property <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All texts, images, trainings, workbooks, exercises, videos, and other materials from Calm Coaching remain the property of Calm Coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without prior written permission, these may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 13. Privacy <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is processed in accordance with Calm Coaching&#8217;s privacy statement and used exclusively for the execution of the agreement and legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 14. Complaints <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a customer is dissatisfied with something, they are requested to make this known as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calm Coaching will make every effort to reach a suitable solution together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article 15. Applicable law <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disputes will be submitted to the competent
