These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by Calm Coaching, including individual coaching, retreats, physical products, digital products, and other services.
Article 1. Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every agreement between Calm Coaching and the customer.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing.
When additional terms apply to a specific service (such as for Calma Retreats), these form an integral part of these general terms and conditions.
Article 3. Conclusion of the agreement
An agreement is concluded as soon as:
- an order or reservation has been placed;
- the entrepreneur has confirmed it or the payment has been successfully completed.
Calm Coaching reserves the right to refuse an application or booking if there are valid reasons for doing so.
Article 4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Price changes do not affect agreements that have already been concluded.
Article 5. Payment
Payment takes place via the payment methods offered on the website.
In the event of non-payment, Calm Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.
Article 6. Physical products
Legal rules regarding delivery and conformity apply to physical products.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible.
Delivery times are indicative.
Article 7. Right of withdrawal
A legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies to physical products.
The product must be returned unused and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
The costs for return shipping are at the consumer’s expense.
Article 8. Digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately.
By agreeing to immediate delivery, the consumer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires once the delivery has started.
Article 9. Coaching
Coaching is focused on personal development.
The participant remains responsible at all times for choices made and the application of advice.
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
In case of doubt, it is advised to consult a doctor or practitioner.
Article 10. Additional terms Calma Retreat
10.1 Booking
A reservation is final as soon as:
- the payment has been received;
- these terms and conditions have been agreed to.
10.2 Participation fee
The participation fee only includes what is stated on the website.
Flight tickets, travel insurance, cancellation insurance, and personal expenses are not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10.3 Cancellation by the participant
We understand that circumstances can change. At the same time, Calm Coaching reserves accommodation, guidance, and other facilities in advance for a limited number of participants.
Therefore, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 60 days before start: 100% refund.
- Between 60 and 30 days before start: 50% refund.
- Within 30 days before start: no refund.
If the vacated spot is filled by another participant, Calm Coaching will—after deducting €50 administration costs—still refund the amount already paid.
In the event of serious illness, a death in the immediate family, or other exceptional circumstances, Calm Coaching is happy to think along for a suitable solution. Although this does not result in an automatic right to a refund, every situation is assessed individually and with care.
Taking out cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
10.4 Cancellation by Calm Coaching
Calm Coaching reserves the right to cancel a retreat in the event of:
- force majeure;
- insufficient participants;
- circumstances that make safe execution impossible.
In that case, only the paid participation fee will be refunded.
Travel or accommodation costs already incurred will not be reimbursed.
10.5 Force majeure
Force majeure includes, among other things:
- natural disasters;
- pandemics;
- government measures;
- war;
- extreme weather conditions;
- calamities.
In such situations, Calm Coaching reserves the right to change the program, replace components, or cancel the retreat.
10.6 Health
By participating, the participant declares that they are physically and mentally capable of participating at their own discretion.
The participant remains responsible for their own health and monitoring personal boundaries.
10.7 Personal responsibility
Participation in all parts of the retreat is voluntary.
Every participant remains responsible for their own choices, well-being, and personal property.
10.8 Behavior
Calma Retreat is a place where peace, safety, and respect are central.
Every participant is expected to treat other participants, guides, the accommodation, and the environment with respect.
In the event of behavior that seriously disrupts the safety or well-being of others, participation can be terminated without the right to a refund.
10.9 Program
The program has been carefully put together.
Calm Coaching reserves the right to change parts of the program if circumstances require it.
10.10 Photo and video material
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
Participants who object to this can make this known in advance or during the retreat.
Article 11. Liability
Calm Coaching makes every effort to perform all services carefully.
However, participation in coaching, retreats, and activities is always at one’s own responsibility.
Calm Coaching is not liable for:
- loss, theft, or damage to personal property;
- injury or damage caused by the participant’s own actions;
- delays or changes to flights or other transport;
- indirect damage.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the service in question.
Article 12. Intellectual property
All texts, images, trainings, workbooks, exercises, videos, and other materials from Calm Coaching remain the property of Calm Coaching.
Without prior written permission, these may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially.
Article 13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with Calm Coaching’s privacy statement and used exclusively for the execution of the agreement and legal obligations.
Article 14. Complaints
If a customer is dissatisfied with something, they are requested to make this known as soon as possible.
Calm Coaching will make every effort to reach a suitable solution together.
Article 15. Applicable law
Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
