Yin yoga.
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga that helps you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. By consciously focusing on your body and breath, you create space for more peace, relaxation, and awareness.

We have forgotten how to stand still.
We live in a world where we are ‘on’ almost all day long. We rush from appointment to appointment, are constantly reachable, and try to keep all the balls in the air. We think, analyze, and solve. Meanwhile, we become increasingly disconnected from the subtle signals of our body.
Many people only notice how tired they are when they become exhausted. How tense they are when their neck and shoulders are tight. Or how much restlessness lives inside, as soon as it finally becomes quiet.
That is exactly why slowing down feels so challenging for many people. We have become used to always staying in motion. Yin yoga invites you to let go of that pattern for a moment. To slow down, breathe consciously, and be present in your body with attention.
During every class, space is created to release tension, turn your attention inward, and listen again to what your body has been trying to tell you all this time.
This is what yin yoga does for you.

Why yin yoga means so much to me.
Yin yoga crossed my path during one of the most difficult periods of my life. A period in which a lot changed, I had lost myself, and had to find back the trust in myself and life again.
My first classes were anything but relaxed. I was confronted head-on with the restlessness I had ignored for years. But just as I slowly surrendered to it, something special happened. For the first time in a long time, I experienced silence again. I reconnected with my body, learned to listen to myself better, and became mentally stronger.
From that moment on, I knew that yin yoga was much more to me than just a form of yoga. It became a way to stop and reflect every now and then. To feel what was living inside me and to find back the connection with myself step by step.
That feeling, that surrender, and that inner peace… that is exactly what I want to pass on in my classes. I have experienced for myself how much can change when you give yourself the space to truly stand still. I want you to have that experience too.
Good to know.
