Calma retreat.

Six days to slow down, deepen, and get closer to yourself again.

From October 24 to 29, 2026, we will gather in the Alicante region for a small-scale retreat where coaching, bodywork, yoga, and awareness come together.

October 24 – 29, 2026 | Alicante, Spain

When was the last time you truly took time for yourself?

From October 24 to 29, 2026, I invite you to Calma: a retreat in the Alicante region where peace, connection, and personal growth come together.

Calma was born from the desire to create a place where you can take some distance from the daily hustle and bustle and reconnect with yourself. A place where you can slow down, feel, and discover what you need to move forward with more peace, clarity, and confidence.

During this week, we work with coaching, yoga, meditation, ceremonial cacao, creativity, and the peace of nature. This week won’t magically solve everything you’re struggling with. But I can promise you one thing: you will become more connected to yourself, gain new insights, and create tools to make choices that bring you closer to who you are.

Six days entirely for you.

Getting away from your daily environment gives you the space to look at yourself and your life with different eyes. During Calma, deepening, relaxation, and free time alternate, so there is room to gain new insights and simply enjoy everything this week brings you.

Why Calma?

In recent years, as a coach, yin yoga teacher, and facilitator of cacao ceremonies, I have had the privilege of guiding many people. What I see time and again is how much can change when someone feels safe enough to just pause for a moment. To feel what is going on, look honestly at themselves, and make space for what needs attention.

At the same time, I see how difficult it can be in daily life to truly take the time for that. Our schedules are full, we carry responsibilities, and we are often mostly focused on everything and everyone around us. As a result, we easily lose touch with what we feel, need, and find important ourselves.

Calma was born from that experience. A week in which you consciously take distance from your daily environment and give yourself the time and space to pause and reflect on where you are now. To slow down, feel, discover, and look with attention at what you need to move forward in a way that truly suits you.

What makes Calma unique?

What makes Calma special to me is that during this week we work on different levels. Coaching plays an important role in this. You gain insight into yourself, the patterns that unconsciously drive you, and the choices you make. At the same time, I have experienced myself that some insights only arise when you slow down, get out of your head, and make space to feel and experience.

That is why Calma combines different elements that reinforce each other throughout the week.

Coaching helps you better understand yourself, your patterns, and your needs.
(Yin) yoga and meditation get you out of your head and help you make more conscious contact with your body.
Ceremonial cacao creates space for deepening, reflection, and connection.
Creativity gives you a different entry point to feel, discover, and express what lives inside you.
Nature brings peace and gives you literally and figuratively the space to distance yourself from the daily hustle and bustle.

This creates space during the week for development on a mental, physical, emotional, creative, and energetic level. It is precisely this combination that makes Calma so much more than just a retreat for me.

Who is Calma for?

What can you expect?

During Calma, you will be guided through a carefully structured program where deepening and relaxation alternate. We are with a maximum of 12 participants, which allows for plenty of personal attention and a nice, trusted group dynamic to develop during the week.

Mornings start quietly with yoga and meditation, followed by a shared breakfast. After that, during the coaching sessions, we take extensive time for personal development and deepening. The rest of the program alternates between workshops, ceremonies, body-oriented sessions, and moments where we come together.

At the same time, there is consciously space for yourself every day. Time to relax by the pool, go into nature, write, book a massage, be with others, or simply retreat for a while.

This gives the week a clear rhythm without you feeling like you have to rush from one program part to another. There is also plenty of room to enjoy, laugh, rest, and disconnect from your daily life for six days.

Calma takes place at this dreamy location: The Retreat House Alicante.

For Calma, I consciously chose a location that perfectly matches the atmosphere of this week. The Retreat House is located in the middle of nature in the Alicante region, surrounded by peace and space. A place where you literally take some distance from your daily environment.

When I first saw this place, I immediately felt: this is where Calma must take place. The warm atmosphere, the nature, the pool, and the various spots to come together or retreat for a while make it a place where you can fully slow down for six days.

And that environment is part of the experience for me. Peace, simplicity, nature, and connection come together naturally here.

The available rooms.

Getting away from your daily environment gives you the space to look at yourself and your life with different eyes. During Calma, deepening, relaxation, and free time alternate, so there is room to gain new insights and simply enjoy everything this week brings you.

🌿 Jardín (Premium Private – 1 pers.) | €1,995.00

A quiet room in the charming guest house, slightly further away from the common areas.

Ideal for those who like to have their own place to fully recharge. Here you can retreat with a book, journal, or cup of tea and enjoy the peace that makes this retreat location so special.

Nutrition as part of the experience.

During Calma, nutrition is also an important part of the week. Every day, fresh, nutritious, and largely plant-based meals are ready for you, prepared by Inma & Olga from Kezu. They specialize in healthy, plant-based food and create colorful dishes with pure ingredients that both nourish and surprise.

The choice for mainly plant-based food is conscious. Because what we eat influences how we feel physically and mentally, and because I find it important to also make conscious choices within Calma that contribute to a more beautiful and sustainable world.

I met Inma & Olga during a retreat I attended myself and was very impressed by their cooking skills. Their vision and way of cooking perfectly align with Calma for me: healthy, nutritious, conscious, and above all, delicious.

Of course, we take allergies and dietary requirements into account where possible. You can indicate these in advance in the intake form.

Personal attention.

Calma is deliberately small-scale, with a maximum of 12 participants. This way there is room to truly get to know each other and I can give enough personal attention to what you need during the week.

In advance, you will receive an intake form and we will schedule a personal intake interview. This way I get to know you better already, we discuss what you hope to get out of this week, and there is plenty of room to share any specifics or questions with me.

During Calma, I am also present all week and you can always come to me if something is going on or if you need to spar 1-on-1 for a moment. For me, safety and trust are incredibly important. I want you to feel free to be yourself, indicate your boundaries, and experience the week in your own way.

Would you rather get to know me before you book? That is also possible, of course. We can schedule a non-binding moment to see if Calma is a good fit for you.

Who guides Calma?

I am Sharon, psychologist, body-oriented coach, and yin yoga teacher and the founder of Calm Coaching. In my work, I combine psychology with body-oriented work, yoga, mindfulness, and various forms of personal development.

During Calma, I guide you from that same broad vision. We work with what happens in your head and with what your body, emotions, and intuition show you. In doing so, I find it important to create an environment in which you feel safe and seen, while there is also room to look honestly at yourself and challenge yourself.

For me, Calma is a place where everything I believe in in my work comes together: awareness, connection, slowing down, and personal growth. I am really looking forward to experiencing this week together with you.
