Calma retreat.
Six days to slow down, deepen, and get closer to yourself again.
From October 24 to 29, 2026, we will gather in the Alicante region for a small-scale retreat where coaching, bodywork, yoga, and awareness come together.
October 24 – 29, 2026 | Alicante, Spain

When was the last time you truly took time for yourself?
From October 24 to 29, 2026, I invite you to Calma: a retreat in the Alicante region where peace, connection, and personal growth come together.
Calma was born from the desire to create a place where you can take some distance from the daily hustle and bustle and reconnect with yourself. A place where you can slow down, feel, and discover what you need to move forward with more peace, clarity, and confidence.
During this week, we work with coaching, yoga, meditation, ceremonial cacao, creativity, and the peace of nature. This week won’t magically solve everything you’re struggling with. But I can promise you one thing: you will become more connected to yourself, gain new insights, and create tools to make choices that bring you closer to who you are.

What makes Calma unique?
What makes Calma special to me is that during this week we work on different levels. Coaching plays an important role in this. You gain insight into yourself, the patterns that unconsciously drive you, and the choices you make. At the same time, I have experienced myself that some insights only arise when you slow down, get out of your head, and make space to feel and experience.
That is why Calma combines different elements that reinforce each other throughout the week.
This creates space during the week for development on a mental, physical, emotional, creative, and energetic level. It is precisely this combination that makes Calma so much more than just a retreat for me.
Who is Calma for?
Calma is for everyone who longs for more peace, connection, and clarity. For when you notice that you are busy with everything you ‘must’ do, find it hard to truly rest, or have lost yourself a bit along the way. If you keep running into the same patterns, need change, or simply feel that you want to consciously pause and reflect on yourself and how you want to lead your life.
You don’t need any experience with coaching, yoga, meditation, or retreats. Everything we do during this week is accessible, and you get the space to follow your own pace.
What I do ask of you is an open attitude and curiosity about yourself. The willingness to step out of your daily environment for a while, look honestly at yourself, and give space to whatever arises during this week.

Calma takes place at this dreamy location: The Retreat House Alicante.
For Calma, I consciously chose a location that perfectly matches the atmosphere of this week. The Retreat House is located in the middle of nature in the Alicante region, surrounded by peace and space. A place where you literally take some distance from your daily environment.
When I first saw this place, I immediately felt: this is where Calma must take place. The warm atmosphere, the nature, the pool, and the various spots to come together or retreat for a while make it a place where you can fully slow down for six days.
And that environment is part of the experience for me. Peace, simplicity, nature, and connection come together naturally here.

Nutrition as part of the experience.
During Calma, nutrition is also an important part of the week. Every day, fresh, nutritious, and largely plant-based meals are ready for you, prepared by Inma & Olga from Kezu. They specialize in healthy, plant-based food and create colorful dishes with pure ingredients that both nourish and surprise.
The choice for mainly plant-based food is conscious. Because what we eat influences how we feel physically and mentally, and because I find it important to also make conscious choices within Calma that contribute to a more beautiful and sustainable world.
I met Inma & Olga during a retreat I attended myself and was very impressed by their cooking skills. Their vision and way of cooking perfectly align with Calma for me: healthy, nutritious, conscious, and above all, delicious.
Of course, we take allergies and dietary requirements into account where possible. You can indicate these in advance in the intake form.

What do you take home?
Six days of consciously slowing down, feeling, and giving attention to yourself can set a lot in motion. You get the space to step out of your daily environment and look with more distance at where you stand now, what you need, and what is important to you.
You go home with more insight into yourself and your patterns, a stronger connection with your body and feelings, and more clarity about the choices that suit you. During the week, you will also receive practical tools to actually take what you have discovered into your daily life.
But for me, Calma is also about what is less tangible. The experiences you gain, the connection with others, the moments of silence, fun, and relaxation, and everything you discover about yourself during the week. Things that often continue to work long after you are back home.

Still doubting if Calma is right for you?
Booking a retreat is quite a step. Especially when you come alone, have never been on a retreat before, or simply want to know if Calma aligns with what you need at this moment.
That’s why you are always welcome to first get to know each other without obligation. We can briefly discuss what you are looking for, what you might find exciting, and of course, you can ask all your questions.
Does Calma already feel like a clear yes to you? Then you can of course immediately choose your room and reserve your spot.
