Change doesn’t start with trying harder.
It starts with understanding why you do what you do.
During our sessions, we explore together the patterns, beliefs, and automatic reactions that continue to guide you unconsciously. By combining insight with body-oriented work, you learn not only to understand where they come from, but also how to break them step by step.

You don’t have to reach a breaking point before you start taking yourself seriously.
Perhaps you’ve been walking around for a while with the feeling that something needs to change. That you’re stuck in certain patterns, struggling to choose for yourself, or constantly running into the same challenges. Maybe you regularly feel restless, overstimulated, or exhausted, or you notice that you’re becoming increasingly disconnected from who you actually are.
It could also be that you’re struggling with insecurity, anxiety, gloominess, or other complaints that have a major impact on your daily life. Or maybe you can’t put your finger on it exactly, but you know above all that you don’t want to keep living the way you do now.
Whatever your situation looks like, you don’t have to let it get ‘bad enough’ before you’re allowed to seek help or work on yourself. You don’t have to know exactly what you’re struggling with. You also don’t have to crash before you decide to check in with yourself. The desire to understand yourself better, experience more peace, or no longer have to carry everything alone is already a valuable reason to take that first step.
Knowing is not the same as changing.
Taking that first step is one thing. Realizing lasting change is another.
You feel that something needs to change. Yet you may also notice that you keep falling back into the same patterns. You resolve to set your boundaries more often, take better care of yourself, or be less hard on yourself. And yet, you don’t always manage to keep it up.
That usually has nothing to do with motivation or perseverance. Real change doesn’t start with knowing what you should do differently. We grew up in a society where we mainly learned to analyze, explain, and come up with solutions. We rely on our heads. We try to rationalize our feelings away, change our behavior with willpower, and get a grip by understanding everything.
But people don’t change just by gaining new knowledge. Your behavior isn’t just influenced by what you think. Previous experiences, beliefs, emotions, and the way your body has learned to react to situations also play an important role. You can know very well with your head what is good for you, while another part of you automatically chooses what feels known and familiar.
And that is exactly why changing is often so much harder than we think.

Coaching is not a solution for one specific problem. It is a form of guidance for anyone who desires more insight, more conscious choices, and lasting change.
Coaching may be appropriate when you…
This is the way I guide you.
Everyone who comes to me has a different story. That’s why I don’t believe in standard trajectories or fixed step-by-step plans that are the same for everyone. Together we look at what you need, at your pace.
During the sessions, we first create space to reflect on what is going on. Not just the situation you’re facing now, but also the patterns, beliefs, and automatic reactions that lie beneath it. From there, we work step by step towards more insight, more conscious choices, and lasting change.
I combine my background as a psychologist with body-oriented coaching. That means we don’t just investigate what’s happening in your head, but also pay attention to what your body and nervous system are showing. It’s precisely this combination that ensures change isn’t just something you understand, but also something you actually start to experience.
My role is not to tell you which choices to make. I ask questions, mirror what I see, and give you the tools to learn to trust yourself more and more. Ultimately, you are the one who creates the change. I’ll walk with you for a while.
Good to know.
Why I do what I do.
I don’t believe people need to be ‘fixed’. I believe that most people have lost contact with themselves along the way.
Years ago, I discovered that myself. Not because someone told me what to do, but because I learned to listen to what my head, my body, and my feelings had been trying to tell me all that time.
That experience changed my way of coaching forever. That’s why I combine psychology with body-oriented work. That’s why I don’t believe in standard step-by-step plans. And that’s why I create a place during every session where you don’t have to prove anything and everything is allowed to be there.
My goal is not for you to become dependent on me. My goal is for you to learn to trust yourself more and more.
